Rail
Omega Personnel is a 5-star RISQS approved supplier providing both Professional and Trades staff to the Rail and LUL industry, our capabilities range from search and supply of single key individuals to sourcing and management of self-contained project teams on a flexible basis.
The Omega Personnel team provides flexible resources in the skilled blue-collar space. Our consultants and operational staff have extensive hands-on experience in both mainline and metro rail systems. The services offered include and are not limited to skills testing, alcohol and drugs testing, security vetting, issuing of protective workwear, staff inductions, ongoing workforce management.
The team has extensive experience in supplying labour in a “packaged service” offering where full project teams are resourced, deployed and managed on behalf of our client. Omega Personnel provides craft, technical and safety-critical personnel from basic operatives to supervisory level into the following areas and skillsets:
- P-Way – London Underground & Network Rail
- Station Refurbishment
- Construction Site Operatives
- Machine Operators
- Rolling Stock engineers
- Mechanical & Electrical maintenance & installation
- Specialist certificate holders – i.e. T002/003, QUAF 54 etc
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL (M&E)

SECURITY
At Omega Personnel Our security division has supplied both CTC and SIA licensed security officers to a diverse range of Sectors. These include the Metropolitan Police, MOD and commercial locations, we can provide short and long term requirements.
Having security guards at your location who are presentable, correctly trained and have a high level of motivation is vital to your organisation, not just from a security perspective but also as an extended representative of your organisation. With this in mind, we provide the highest level of trained security staff on a permanent or semi-permanent basis in line with your requirement.
Cleaning and Logistics
Omega Personnel has been supplying cleaners with full personal protective equipment and accredited COSSH training along with both PCV and HGV drivers, engineers to the transport and haulage industry for several years, having deployed in excess of 200 contractors
throughout the UK.

EDUCATION
Here at Omega Personnel, we offer a personalised and professional recruitment service, and pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide our schools.
We help to fill, an increasing variety of staffing roles, recruiting Teachers, Learning Support Assistants, Nursery Nurses, Invigilators and School Administration staff in permanent, long term and temporary positions in schools and nurseries throughout London.
In addition, we recruit qualified and experienced SEN Teachers and, SEN Learning Support Assistants with experience of a wide range of, special educational needs including ASD, EBD, SLD, PMLD and MLD, and who are able to support whole classes, small groups or one-to-one.
Omega Personnel operates a stringent selection process and carry out vetting checks on all our candidates in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education.
We conduct face-to-face interviews with all our candidates, secure two references, enhanced DBS checks, (overseas police check if applicable), right to work in the UK,
